REFUND POLICY

Welcome to the Refund Policy page of Taaffeite ("Platform"), operated by Taaffeite Infratech Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for transactions made on our Platform. By registering and using our Platform, you agree to comply with this Refund Policy.

1. Membership Refunds

Upon registration on our Platform, you will become a Gold Member by paying 10,000 Rupees. As a Gold Member, 50,000 Rupees will be reflected in your wallet, but this amount cannot be withdrawn immediately. Instead, you have 90 days to participate in a lucky draw. If you win, you will upgrade to Vendor Membership, allowing you to withdraw the 50,000 Rupees. If you do not participate or do not win the lucky draw, your withdrawal timer will reset to 1,000 days. At the end of this period, you will be eligible to withdraw 20,000 Rupees. Alternatively, you can refer 5 new members to the platform to automatically become a Vendor Member and avail the benefits.

2. Vendor and Builder Membership Refunds

As a Vendor Member, you can withdraw the 50,000 Rupees and your wallet will reflect 1 Lakh Rupees, but this amount cannot be withdrawn immediately. You must advance to the Builder Membership level to be eligible to withdraw the funds. To become a Builder Member, you need to refer 10 new members to register on the platform. Upon becoming a Builder Member, you can withdraw the 1 Lakh Rupees, and your wallet will reflect 5 Lakh Rupees. However, this amount cannot be claimed directly; instead, you will be entitled to a partnership percentage on every property built or sold by the company.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All membership fees and amounts deposited into your wallet upon registration are non-refundable. Once registered, the 10,000 Rupees paid for Gold Membership cannot be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of whether you choose to participate in the lucky draw, refer new members, or wait for the 1,000-day period to withdraw 20,000 Rupees.

4. Refund Process for Other Products and Services

  • Requesting a Refund:

    For other products or services offered on our Platform, such as digital products or physical goods, refunds may be considered under specific conditions such as product defects or delivery discrepancies. Please contact our customer support team via info@taaffeiteinfratech.com within the applicable timeframe.

  • Refund Evaluation:

    Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to facilitate the refund process.

  • Refund Approval:

    We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment method and any applicable banking processing times.

5. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for any updates. Continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
